By downloading, installing, or using the BloodPressure application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the App.

BloodPressure is designed to support personal blood pressure monitoring and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions.

BloodPressure is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Record and store systolic, diastolic, and heart rate readings over time.

• View intuitive charts showing blood pressure trends by day, week, and month.

• Receive custom-scheduled blood pressure measurement reminders.

• Export and share health data reports in PDF format.

• Track related health metrics for a comprehensive cardiovascular health overview.

IMPORTANT WARNING: BloodPressure is a personal health monitoring support tool, NOT a certified medical device, and must not be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Information and data within the app are for reference purposes only. If you have any health concerns, or experience abnormally high or low blood pressure, contact your doctor or visit the nearest medical facility immediately.

We are not liable for any harm or injury arising from using information provided by the app as a form of medical advice.

To access all features of BloodPressure, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. Users under 18 may only use it under parental or legal guardian supervision.

The health data you enter into the app belongs to you. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

By using the app, you grant us a license to process your data for the purpose of providing the service, improving the app, and analyzing trends (in anonymized and aggregated form only).

You may export, download, or delete your personal data at any time through the app settings.

When using BloodPressure, you agree not to:

• Intentionally enter false data or disrupt the system.

• Use the app for unauthorized commercial purposes or unfair competitive activities.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or other users’ accounts.

• Redistribute, copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the app.

• Use the app in any manner that violates applicable laws.

All content, interfaces, source code, icons, graphics, and materials within BloodPressure are our intellectual property and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate any terms of this Agreement without prior notice.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify you via your registered email address or through an in-app notification.

Your continued use of the app after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. The date of the last update will always be displayed at the top of this page.
